A study found that East Asians on average have the highest life expectancy, which is 82.5 years. The rate of obesity is going on there was low at only 3.5 percent compared to the UK. In addition, the prevalence of degenerative diseases such as breast cancer, prostate, and heart disease in Japan is also very low compared to the United States. So, what's the secret?
