Spinach and Eggs Increase Reflexes

Spinach and eggs are two foods rich in nutrients that are often recommended to maintain health . Recent studies have shown the benefits of spinach and eggs again . Two foods rich in essential amino acids , tyrosine , which can improve reflexes .
Actually tyrosine is not only found in spinach and eggs . Tyrosine is also contained in soy , cheese , chicken , turkey , nuts , avocados , and bananas .
Amino acids are forming norepinephrine and dopamine , both of which increase energy , alertness , and improve mood while together . That's why researchers from the University of Leiden and the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands wanted to see how well the amino acid improves reflexes . The research contained in Neuropsychologia 2014.
The researchers tested the participants who consumed orange juice mixed Tyrosine . Most participants were again mixed juice placebo . Then the participants were asked to look at the green arrow that appears quickly on a computer screen . The arrows indicate the direction given . The participants had to press a button to indicate the direction . When the red arrow appears , participants are prohibited from pressing the keyboard .
Participants were divided into two groups , before performing the task , each group drank juice with a mixture of tyrosine and placebo . As a result, participants who drank juice mixture tyrosine have a better performance .
According to the researchers , although this finding has implications for driving safety because someone becomes tyrosine pushing yields defensive rider , but tyrosine has important benefits .
" Supplements containing tyrosine or tyrosine -rich foods healthful and inexpensive , to improve intellectual ability , " said cognitive psychologist , Lorenza Colzato , from Leiden University .
According Colzato , tyrosine -containing supplements are safe and can be consumed without prescription.
